Horizontal Tube Pens
Structure in AISI 304 stainless steel or galvanised iron with horizontal tubes. Classic solution with excellent animal visibility and easy access for cleaning.
Vertical Tube Pens
Pens with vertical uprights in stainless steel or plastic. Ideal for preventing injuries to piglets and ensuring correct feeding space for each animal.
Integrated Feeding
Each pen is fitted with automatic dry or liquid feeding system, stainless steel drinkers and perforated plastic flooring.

Materials & Certifications
GONG weaning pens are available in AISI 304 stainless steel — the gold standard for livestock equipment in wet, chemically demanding environments. Its non-porous surface resists the corrosive agents present in manure and disinfectants, maintaining structural integrity over many years of intensive use. Where a lower-cost option is required, galvanised iron tube and rod sections provide robust performance; injection-moulded plastic components are used for feed-trough surrounds, gates and pen dividers where contact with feed or water demands the highest hygiene standards. All flooring is manufactured from specialist perforated plastic, designed to support the small hooves of weaning piglets while allowing rapid slurry drainage below. Production of all weaning pen components takes place at the GONG factory under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, providing full traceability and process assurance for every unit shipped.
